From here we work with the team to prepare a customer specific business case that establishes the clear benefits of being part of a Profitable Partnership and gets their commitment to joint working to improve the profitability for all parties.

Finally, we establish the resources required by the team to deliver the strategy and a timed action plan for achieving it.
